At Universal all of our Repair Men are Certified Auto Body, Paint and Frame Work Technicians. We strive to get you back on the road as soon as possible with the highest quality repairs in the industry. Here's a complete list and description of our services:

Thousands of motor vehicles are damaged in traffic accidents every day. Although some of these vehicles are beyond repair, others can be made to look and drive like new. At Universal Collision we specialize in all types of body work and we straighten bent bodies, remove dents, and replace crumpled parts that cannot be fixed. When your vehicle is involved in a high velocity collision, it can suffer damage in the chassis or body frame. This is a major problem, since it bends the whole vehicle and can cause more damage and loss of performance. With our high quality Wedge Clamp frame straightening equipment, we can fix just about any damage received by your vehicle's chassis in a major collision.

Ding, Dent and Minor Crease Repair:
Universal Collision has perfected the art of removing minor dings, dents, and creases from a vehicle while maintaining the integrity of the factory or custom paint finish. Eligible dent-ding candidates for this process include smooth, shallow dings, dents, and creases. Areas that cannot be repaired using this process include sharp dings, dents, and creases that have been stretched too deeply, areas reinforced with double metal such as the edges of a vehicle’s doors, hood and trunk, damage on the edge of body panels, dents with extensive cracked or broken paint damage. Many dings and dents can be removed quite economically without detection or altering the finish.

Why Paint?
A fresh coat of paint can improve the value of your car. When properly maintained, it can be a great long lasting investment. There is no doubt that a vehicle’s paint gives the first impression. A nice glossy paint will always make any vehicle more attractive. Choosing a colour can be as simple as choosing your favorite colour. We encourage our customers to choose a colour they already like. Standard colour is preferred if you intend to sell the vehicle. We can match any color of any vehicle. We can do a custom paint job and even help you mix your own colour choice. We use only the highest quality eco-friendly PPG waterborne paints. We pride ourselves in our workmanship, so you can be 100% satisfied with the results.

How to Care for Your Car After a Paint Job:
For the first 30 days, do not take your vehicle to a car wash. Some car washes use very strong water sprays and harmful brushes that might damage your new paint job. If possible, keep the car in an enclosed garage area. Do not wax or polish your vehicle. After two months, wax with high quality waxes that contain no abrasive agents. We suggest that you wash your vehicle at least once a week. For best results, use 100% cotton towels and soft sponges. Do not protect your car with rubber, vinyl or plastic coverings. Polish your vehicle once a month using non-abrasive agents. Promptly remove any bird dropping or other abrasive substances from paint. This is very harmful and is often overlooked. Follow car washing techniques and don't scratch off or dry remove anything from vehicle. Give us a call today with any other questions you may have about the care and repair of your vehicle.
